The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR20006NK is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006NK is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the 200 size with a PT1/8 port, and the trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply falls away. It regulates compressed air across the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). No gauge is fitted in this configuration, and as a pure regulator there is no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
The G-series regulator range covers 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes, ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in., and PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, with gauge, low-pressure (L) and bracket options alongside the K check-valve variant. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your duty on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Hold the set clamp pressure on a fixture or jig circuit: the fitted check valve keeps the downstream side at its regulated setting even if the main supply dips during the cycle.
Regulate the charge into a small downstream receiver or accumulator bank on a machine sub-circuit, where the check valve prevents stored air from feeding back upstream.
Keep a double-acting actuator circuit at its working setting when header pressure drops - for example on a transfer unit that must not retract mid-sequence when the compressor unloads.
Decode choices that matter here: the 200 size carries the 1/8 in. PT port, so step to 300/400/600 if your circuit needs a bigger port and more flow; the K suffix adds the reverse/check valve - delete it if you do not need downstream hold-up; gauge options are blank (embedded square, MPa), C/F (external round or square, scale 1 MPa / 2 psi / 3 bar) or N (none, as here); thread is PT standard, with G (BSPP) and T (NPT) as catalogue options. Flow appears as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number to quote. Tell us your required flow, inlet pressure and set pressure, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
K fits a reverse (check) valve in the regulator: air flows and is regulated in the normal direction, but the downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply falls. Drop the K (order GR20006N) if you do not need that hold-up function.
