The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR30015JC1K is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015JC1K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator fitted with a reverse (check) valve: it reduces and holds downstream pressure only - no filtration, no lubrication and no drain bowl. The 300 size carries PT 1/2 in ports, and this configuration is a standard type without a mounting bracket (code J) with a round external gauge reading in MPa (code C1). Adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa, maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), for compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with G or NPT threads, a bracket, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type, or the reverse/check valve fitted as here. We confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

| Pressure type | Standard type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Fitted (reverse flow permitted) |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulates gripper pressure on a robotic pick-and-place cell while the check valve holds the downstream side against backflow when the upstream supply is switched.
Supplies set pressure to the flap-fold and pressing cylinders of a carton sealing machine plumbed at 1/2 in.
Holds a repeatable clamp pressure on a laboratory test-fixture panel where momentary supply dips must not bleed the clamped circuit down.
Choose this code when you want the 300 size regulator at PT 1/2 in with the K option - a reverse/check valve fitted - so downstream pressure is held against backflow in circuits where the supply side can drop or be vented. The standalone GR adjusts 0.05-0.9 MPa; the round MPa gauge is specified by C1, with psi or bar scales and the square gauge as alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Code J means no bracket; add the bracket option for panel mounting. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no rated number is quoted here. Ask us to confirm the datasheet and flow curve for the GR300 size against your application before ordering.
K specifies that a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so air will not flow back through the regulator when the upstream side is vented or loses pressure. Without K, the regulator is the plain standard type.
