The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR30015LC1K is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR30015LC1K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the low-pressure type, with a set range up to 0.4 MPa for circuits that run below full line pressure. The 300 size carries a PT1/2 port, and the LC1K suffix adds an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, the standard mounting bracket, and a built-in reverse (check) valve that holds downstream pressure when the upstream supply is shut off. As a pure regulator it contains no filter, bowl or lubricator, so pair it with a GF filter upstream where the air also needs cleaning.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from PT1/8 to PT1, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options to order, and gauge or check-valve variants. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm exact flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

On robotic weld-cell clamping manifolds, the regulator sets a controlled low clamping pressure and the check valve keeps the clamps engaged if the main air supply drops.
Feeding the air circuit of an indexing carousel, it supplies a stable low pressure for delicate positioning cylinders while the check valve prevents backflow disturbances between stations.
On a workshop test bench for cab and body pneumatic controls, the low-pressure regulator applies a controlled test pressure and the check valve traps it so leaks can be observed.
Choose the low-pressure (L) type when the setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa; for higher setpoints the standard GR type adjusts 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Size the port step (200-600, 1/8" to 1") to the circuit's air demand. This LC1K code includes a reverse/check valve - valuable where a downstream branch must stay pressurised on supply loss - plus an external round gauge on an MPa scale; psi or bar scales and the square gauge style are order options. PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as catalogue options, and the bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Give us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the correct size and flow from the datasheet on request.
K is the AirTAC code for a reverse (check) valve fitted inside the regulator. It holds the downstream side at its set pressure when upstream supply is removed. The identical regulator without the check valve is ordered under the code without the K, and the round MPa gauge and low-pressure 0.4 MPa range are shared by both.
