The AirTAC Airtac B52-HLS Non-Copper Precision Slide Cylinder B52-HLS16X50SAS is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The HLS16X50SAS is a double-acting dual-rod slide-table cylinder with a cross-roller linear guide, bore 16 mm and stroke 50 mm. The integrated cross-roller guide keeps the moving table on a precise straight path with high rigidity and low deflection, while the dual rod doubles thrust and a floating joint protects the rod from side torque. An adjustable rubber stopper on the extension side lets you fine-tune the extend end-position.
This is a genuine AirTAC part with a standard magnet fitted for position sensing (CMSH, DMSH or EMSH switches in the body slots). We confirm thrust, dimensions and allowable load-moment from the AirTAC datasheet or the on-page spec table on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Choose the 16 mm bore when you need moderate thrust in a compact cross-roller guided slide; a bigger bore gives more push. The 50 mm stroke falls within the bore-16 stroke table. The AS adjuster adds an adjustable rubber stopper on the extension side for fine extend-position control. Ports are 1/8" and the standard thread is PT. We confirm allowable load, moment and deflection curves from the published AirTAC tables.
Mount a small gripper on the table for precise part pick-up and placement with repeatable end-positioning.
Transfer small components between stations with the cross-roller guide keeping travel straight and deflection low.
Position and hold a workpiece at an assembly station; the adjustable rubber stopper sets the extend end position precisely.
AS means an adjustable rubber stopper is fitted on the extension side. You can fine-tune the extend end-position without changing the stroke; the retract end uses the standard bumper.
The maximum working pressure is 0.7 MPa (100 psi). Operating pressure for the 16 mm bore is 0.15-0.7 MPa (22-100 psi). Keep meter-out speed control at or below 500 mm/s.
