Installation note:
Maintain 0.05mm maximum misalignment during mounting. For vertical installations,
use the upper port as exhaust to prevent piston drift. Apply 0.5Nm torque limit
when securing guide rail mounting screws.
Copper restriction:
Contains 0% copper alloys in fluid path (compliant with SEMI F72-0701).
Avoid using copper-containing lubricants.
