Installation guidelines:
Use M12×1.25 mounting bolts with 40-50N·m torque. Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance between magnetic switch and rod. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial use. Avoid side load exceeding 200N.
Critical note:
Not suitable for rotational applications. Maximum permissible rod end play: ±1.5°. Always install rod protection bellows in environments with particulate contamination.
