Remember that the clamp locks only after the rod has stopped; it cannot brake a moving load, so human-safety applications need an independent secondary measure. To replace this unit, match the single-rod configuration, 100 mm bore, 100 mm stroke, PT port threads, and the -S magnet. Mounting options include Basic, FA, FB, CA, CB, CR, LB, TC, TCM1, and TCM2. The M20x1.5 rod thread provides excellent rigidity for side loads, though external guidance is recommended for long strokes.
