The clamp locks only AFTER the cylinder has stopped; it cannot brake a moving rod. You must unlock the clamp with balanced air pressures on both sides of the piston, or the rod may jump abruptly. For human-safety-critical applications, an additional independent safety measure is required. Replacement matching requires a single rod, 100 mm bore, 250 mm stroke, PT ports, and the BSAI mounting set (Basic, FA, FB, CA, CB, CR, LB, TC, TCM1, TCM2).
