For safe operation, remember the clamp locks only after the cylinder has stopped moving and cannot act as a dynamic brake. It must be unlocked with balanced air pressures on both sides of the piston to prevent the rod from jumping abruptly. For safety-critical loads, an independent external safety measure is required. This build features a PT tapered port thread, a sturdy M27x2 rod thread that handles high side loads, and accepts Basic, FA, FB, CA, CB, CR, LB, TC, TCM1, and TCM2 mounts.
