If the 2513N thrust at 0.5MPa is excessive, step down to the 63mm bore (1559N thrust, 2200N holding force); if the 3600N clamp is insufficient, step up to the 100mm bore (3927N thrust, 5500N holding force). A plain SAI cylinder suffices if pressure is constantly maintained and no drop-safe holding is needed.
This configuration uses PT tapered ports (3/8 cylinder port, G1/8 enclasp port) and a single carbon steel rod with an M20x1.5 thread. The 800mm stroke exceeds the threshold requiring external side-load guidance; use an external guide rail to prevent rod binding.
