Installation Guidelines:
Maintain 15mm clearance above valve for heat dissipation. Use M4×12 stainless steel screws
(1.2-1.5N·m torque). Perform port alignment within ±0.5mm tolerance during manifold connection.
Recommended maintenance: 10,000km cycle lubrication for continuous operation.
Critical Note:
Avoid using silicone-based lubricants - incompatible with HNBR seals.
Maximum allowable vibration: 49m/s² (5G) at 10-2000Hz frequency range.
