Installation guidelines:
Mount on vibration-free surfaces using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤1.2N·m).
Maintain minimum 20mm clearance below valve for tubing access.
Use Class 3 or cleaner compressed air with dew point -20℃ below ambient.
