Installation guidelines:
Mount with M5 screws (torque ≤1.2N·m). Maintain 20mm clearance below valve for exhaust flow.
Use locknuts for vertical mounting. Lubricate with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil if intermittent operation occurs.
