Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M4 mounting screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
Maintain ≥50mm clearance below valve for tubing access. Use ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 3
compressed air with 5-50μm filter. For vertical mounting, position coils horizontally.
Maintenance note:
Replace seals every 5 million cycles (NBR) or 8 million cycles (FKM variant).
Never use silicone-based lubricants - compatible only with phosphate ester greases.
