Installation protocol:
Clean rail surfaces with IPA before assembly. Torque M5 mounting screws
to 3.5N·m in cross pattern. Perform running-in at 50% speed for 100 cycles
post-installation. Relubricate every 500km of travel.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
