The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-08 FRL Unit (GC30008LF1) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30008LF1 is an AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator supplied as one set. This size 300 unit carries PT1/4 (standard) ports, a 40 um standard filter element, differential-pressure bowl drain and an embedded square gauge reading in MPa; the L code selects the low-pressure regulator type. In use it removes water and particulate, holds downstream pressure steady and meters oil mist into the line in a single assembly. Filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate at this size, and the working range is -5 to 70 C on compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, plus options such as manual or automatic drains, a 5 um element (W), G(BSPP) or NPT threads and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow appears in the catalogue as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding clean, regulated, lubricated air to solenoid valve manifolds that drive actuators on an automated line, helping valve seals last longer.
Supplying conditioned air to the stoppers, lifts and clamp cylinders along a conveyor line, where the regulator holds a constant setting as demand varies.
A compact three-unit set for the air preparation section of a control panel or machine manifold, combining filtration, regulation and lubrication in one mounting.
Size 300 with 1/4 inch PT ports sits in the middle of the G-series range; drop to 200 or step to 400/600 as your circuit's demand changes. Drain is differential-pressure as built, with manual (M) and automatic (A) available as order options; the element can be specified at 5 um (W) instead of the standard 40 um; gauge styles and MPa, psi or bar scales are selectable; and G or NPT threads replace PT as order options. Flow is published as curves, not one rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than one rated figure, so we do not quote a single number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet curves and check the sizing for you before you order.
The F1 code fits the embedded square gauge with an MPa scale, which reads directly against the datasheet pressure figures. Round gauges and psi or bar scales are alternative order codes in the same size 300, 1/4 inch package. Ask us for the datasheet to confirm every figure before ordering.
