Maintenance protocol:
Replace filter element every 2,000 operational hours or when pressure drop exceeds 0.1MPa.
Lubricator oil flow should be adjusted to 1 drop/5-10 cycles using the needle valve.
Critical note:
Never operate without filter bowl installed. Maximum oil viscosity: 2000SSU.
Avoid silicone-based lubricants which may damage pneumatic seals.
