The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-08 FRL Unit (GC30008MC1WK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator mounted together to clean, regulate and oil-mist lubricate a compressed-air line in one station. This GC30008MC1WK is the 300 size with 1/4 in PT ports, a manual-drain filter bowl, the finer 5 um filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in MPa, and a reverse (check) valve fitted to help hold downstream pressure if the supply dips.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, rated for compressed air at a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a temperature range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 300 the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate (PC); aluminium bowls apply at size 600. With manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). G-series flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feed the clamp and tool-change circuits of a CNC machining centre from one 1/4 in station, delivering filtered, regulated and lubricated air at the machine.
Supply the pneumatic cylinders that position guide rails and push cartons on a packaging conveyor, keeping downstream seals lubricated.
Condition the air feeding a bench of solenoid valves under test, with the fitted check valve holding the setting if shop pressure drops.
The 300 size with 1/4 in PT ports suits general machine supply lines; step up to 400 or 600 with 1/2 to 1 in ports for heavier demand, or down to 200 for compact points of use. Manual drain needs someone to empty the bowl - choose automatic (A) or the default differential-pressure drain for unattended installations. The W code here selects the finer 5 um element; codes without W carry the standard 40 um. Gauge codes: C = external round gauge, F = embedded square gauge, with scale 1 = MPa, 2 = psi, 3 = bar. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT versions are catalogue options to order. Because flow is published as curves and not one rating, ask us to confirm the unit against your air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which helps hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply falls. Codes without K have no check valve, and the trailing thread letter is separate: no letter means PT as the standard thread.
