The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-08 FRL Unit (GC30008MLC1WK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GC30008MLC1WK is an AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator built into one 300-size set. The W selects the finer 5 um filter element, and the K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted in this configuration. This 1/4 in PT-threaded unit is the low-pressure (L) type, has a manual drain on the filter bowl, and carries an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa. On this 300 size the bowl is polycarbonate (PC). Medium is compressed air, with a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series runs from size 200 through 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options; the check valve is an optional extra selected with the K code. The standard manual-drain regulator adjusts 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); as the low-pressure (L) variant this set is intended for lower setting pressures, so confirm the exact range with us. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Serves a control circuit where a check valve is wanted in the air-prep line itself, combining 5 um filtration, low-pressure regulation and lubrication in one 1/4 in set.
Prepares air for the cylinder and jet circuits of a textile weaving machine, with the manual-drain bowl serviced during shift changeovers.
Feeds a maintenance bench drop for air tools and test rigs, with the lubricator keeping tool motors oiled and the round MPa gauge letting technicians set pressure quickly.
Match size and port to the job: the 300 series on a 1/4 in PT port serves lighter-duty circuits, while 200, 400 and 600 sizes step the port and flow capacity down or up. This is the low-pressure (L) type for lower setting pressures - confirm the adjustment range with us before ordering. The W code brings the 5 um filter element in place of the standard 40 um grade, and the K code adds a reverse (check) valve for circuits where you want the check function built into the set; confirm its behaviour in your circuit with us. The drain is manual (M), so the bowl is emptied by hand, with differential-pressure or automatic (A) draining available instead. Gauge is this external round type (C) in MPa scale, with square (F) and psi or bar scales as options, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads orderable in place of PT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote one here. Give us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet before you order.
K indicates that a reverse (check) valve is fitted in this configuration; the same set without K has no check valve. If you need to know exactly how the check function behaves in your circuit, ask us and we will confirm it from the AirTAC documentation.
