AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALN)

The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALN) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).

About the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALN)

GC30010ALN is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator working together as one supply set. The size 300 body takes 3/8 inch PT ports as standard, the filter element is the standard 40 um grade, and the filter bowl drains automatically. The regulator is the low-pressure type, intended for circuits that run below standard settings, and no gauge is fitted, so the set suits installations that read pressure elsewhere on the line. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 300-size bowls are polycarbonate.

This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and gauge and check-valve options. The low-pressure regulator's exact adjustment range and all flow figures are published in the datasheet (flow as curves, not a single rating) - ask us and we will confirm them for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Model Code: AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALN)

GC300G-series F.R.L. combination, 300 body — sets the port range.
10Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2".
ADrain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)).
LLow-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type.
NNo pressure gauge (N).
(blank)Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square.
(blank)Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar.
(blank)Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist.
(blank)PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT.
(blank)No reverse-flow valve (the default).

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.

Size Class & How It Differs From GFC

  • GC200PT1/8" - PT1/4"
  • GC300PT1/4" - PT1/2"
  • GC400PT3/8" - PT1/2"
  • GC600PT3/4" - PT1"

A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Is the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALN) the Right Station?

Move between GC200, GC300, GC400 and GC600 to match the port and flow your line needs; this model gives a 3/8 inch PT connection with automatic drainage on the filter and the standard 40 um element (the 5 um W grade is an option). The L code makes the regulator the low-pressure type - confirm its adjustment band with us if your circuit runs at reduced pressure. No gauge is fitted; gauge versions with square or round dials and MPa, psi or bar scales exist across the series, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered instead of PT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.

Quick checklist

  • ✓ Body size for your peak flow (PT3/8" here)
  • ✓ Element 40 µm or 5 µm
  • ✓ Drain sets the regulating band
  • ✓ Gauge fitted, shape and scale
  • ✓ Three-unit (GC) or two-unit (GFC) layout
  • ✓ Oil mist acceptable downstream

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • check Install with the airflow arrow: filter first, lubricator last.
  • check Mount vertically, bowls down.
  • check Keep inlet pressure at or below 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
  • check Adjust only within 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
  • check Drain condensate before the bowl fills; check the oil level.
  • check Keep the station above freezing (-5 to +70 °C, unfreeze).

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.

AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALN) FAQ

AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves in the datasheet, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing and flow data from the datasheet on request.

L marks the low-pressure type of regulator in this GC set, chosen for circuits that run below standard settings. The 3/8 inch PT ports, automatic drain, 40 um element and no-gauge configuration are the other decoded choices; ask us to confirm the low-pressure adjustment range from the datasheet.
