The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALNW) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30010ALNW is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled as one supply set. The size 300 body takes 3/8 inch PT ports as standard, the W code selects the finer 5 um filter element, and the filter bowl drains automatically. The regulator is the low-pressure type for circuits that run below standard settings, and no gauge is fitted. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 300-size bowls are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and gauge and check-valve options. The low-pressure regulator's exact adjustment range and all flow figures are published in the datasheet (flow as curves, not a single rating) - ask us and we will confirm them for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds cleaner 5 um-grade air to sample-handling and instrument panels on lab and pilot installations that run at reduced pressure.
Supplies filtered, regulated, lubricated air to close-tolerance pneumatic tooling on assembly cells operating below standard settings.
Conditions supply to actuated instrument valves in low-pressure control loops where a finer element helps protect the positioner circuits.
Step between GC200, GC300, GC400 and GC600 to match the port and flow your line needs; this model gives a 3/8 inch PT connection with automatic drainage and the finer 5 um W-grade element - choose the standard 40 um grade instead if coarse water and particle removal is enough. The L code makes the regulator the low-pressure type; confirm its adjustment band with us if your circuit runs at reduced pressure. No gauge is fitted, and gauge and scale choices exist across the series; G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered instead of PT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves in the datasheet, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing and flow data from the datasheet on request.
The W code selects the finer 5 um element, which catches smaller particles than the 40 um standard grade - useful for sensitive downstream components. Both grades are catalogue options on the GC300 series; this unit arrives with 5 um fitted, along with 3/8 inch PT ports, automatic drain and the low-pressure regulator type.
