The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30010ANK is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator working together as one supply set. The size 300 body takes 3/8 inch PT ports as standard, the filter element is the standard 40 um grade, and the filter bowl drains automatically. The regulator is the standard type, adjustable 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic drainage, a reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply side drops, and no gauge is included. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 300-size bowls are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, G (BSPP) or NPT thread options, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, and gauge and check-valve options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Supplies clamping and workholding fixtures where the fitted check valve helps hold downstream pressure if the supply side dips during the cycle.
Conditions air to feeders, ejection cylinders and part-handling actuators around punch presses fed from a shared header.
Filters, regulates and lubricates the supply to dock levelers and restraint actuators served from a common plant-air line.
Move between GC200, GC300, GC400 and GC600 to match the port and flow your line needs; this model gives a 3/8 inch PT connection with automatic drainage, the standard 40 um element and the K-coded check valve fitted (choose GC30010AN without it if backflow protection is handled elsewhere). No gauge is fitted; gauge versions with square or round dials and MPa, psi or bar scales exist across the series, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered instead of PT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves in the datasheet, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the sizing and flow data from the datasheet on request.
K indicates that a reverse/check valve is fitted in this GC300 set, so downstream pressure is held if the supply side drops. The rest of the decode is 3/8 inch PT ports, automatic drain, standard regulator, 40 um element and no gauge; the GC30010AN version without the check valve is also available.
