About the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANK)
GC30010ANK is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator working together as one supply set. The size 300 body takes 3/8 inch PT ports as standard, the filter element is the standard 40 um grade, and the filter bowl drains automatically. The regulator is the standard type, adjustable 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic drainage, a reverse/check valve (code K) is fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply side drops, and no gauge is included. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 300-size bowls are polycarbonate.

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
