AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANWK)

The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANWK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).

About the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANWK)

The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator working together as one air-preparation group. This GC30010ANWK is the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, an automatic drain on the filter bowl, and the finer 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um. No gauge is fitted, and the trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted on this combination. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the automatic drain clears condensate unattended.

The regulator on this automatic-drain configuration adjusts between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The bowls on the 300 size are polycarbonate (PC); only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy. AirTAC builds the G series in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard, with G and NPT as catalogue options), drains and filter grades, and this is a genuine AirTAC part. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Model Code: AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANWK)

GC300G-series F.R.L. combination, 300 body — sets the port range.
10Port size PT3/8". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2".
ADrain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)).
(blank)Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type.
NNo pressure gauge (N).
(blank)Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square.
(blank)Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar.
WFiltering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist.
(blank)PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT.
KReverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.

Size Class & How It Differs From GFC

  • GC200PT1/8" - PT1/4"
  • GC300PT1/4" - PT1/2"
  • GC400PT3/8" - PT1/2"
  • GC600PT3/4" - PT1"

A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Where the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANWK) Is Used

valve

Press drop with check valve

A 3/8 in point-of-use F.R.L. on a stamping press air branch, specified with the fitted reverse (check) valve indicated by the K suffix in the code.

precision_manufacturing

CNC machine air group

Filter, regulate and lubricate supply air to a CNC lathe's chuck, tailstock and chip-conveyor cylinders, with the 5 um element guarding fine valves.

conveyor_belt

Bottling conveyor actuators

Prepare air for pusher and stopper cylinders on a filling line, where the automatic drain keeps the bowl clear through unattended running.

Is the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANWK) the Right Station?

The 300 body with a 3/8 in PT port is the mid-range step in the G series (200, 300, 400, 600); move up to 400 or 600 for heavier demand or down to 200 for compact drops. This code bundles three real choices: automatic drain (A) so the filter bowl empties itself, the 5 um element (W) instead of the standard 40 um, and the K suffix for a fitted reverse (check) valve - drop the K if you do not want it. No gauge is fitted on this code. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a mounting bracket is optional.

AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and the datasheet before ordering.

Quick checklist

  • ✓ Body size for your peak flow (PT3/8" here)
  • ✓ Element 40 µm or 5 µm
  • ✓ Drain sets the regulating band
  • ✓ Gauge fitted, shape and scale
  • ✓ Three-unit (GC) or two-unit (GFC) layout
  • ✓ Oil mist acceptable downstream

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • check Install with the airflow arrow: filter first, lubricator last.
  • check Mount vertically, bowls down.
  • check Keep inlet pressure at or below 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
  • check Adjust only within 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
  • check Drain condensate before the bowl fills; check the oil level.
  • check Keep the station above freezing (-5 to +70 °C, unfreeze).

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.

AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ANWK) FAQ

AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as curves, not a single rated figure, so there is no one number to quote. Tell us your working pressure, port size and air demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request so you can size the 300 unit against the application.

K denotes a reverse (check) valve fitted on the combination. The same code without the K, GC30010ANW, is the identical 300 size, 3/8 in PT, automatic-drain, 5 um unit supplied without the valve. Everything else in the decode stays the same.
