The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C1K) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator working together as one air-preparation group. This GC30010C1K is the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, the default differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and the standard 40 um filter element. The C1 in the code specifies an external round pressure gauge on the MPa scale, and the trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
The regulator on this differential-pressure-drain configuration adjusts between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The bowls on the 300 size are polycarbonate (PC); only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy. AirTAC builds the G series in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard, with G and NPT as catalogue options), drains, filter grades, gauges and the check-valve option, and this is a genuine AirTAC part. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

A gauged 3/8 in F.R.L. point on a stamping-press air branch, specified with the fitted reverse (check) valve indicated by the K suffix.
Air preparation for clamp and swing cylinders on a welded-fixture control panel, with the MPa gauge supporting repeatable pressure setting per job.
Filter, regulate and lubricate supply to bagging and sealing machine cylinders on a 3/8 in drop, using the standard 40 um element for general-duty protection.
The 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port is the mid step of the G series ladder (200, 300, 400, 600); choose 400/600 for heavier demand or 200 for compact drops. This code combines four real choices: the default differential-pressure drain (A gives automatic, M gives manual), the standard 40 um element (add W for 5 um), the external round gauge on the MPa scale (scale 2 = psi, 3 = bar, N = no gauge), and the K suffix for a fitted reverse (check) valve - omit the K if you do not need it. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a mounting bracket is optional.
AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no single number to state here. Share your working pressure, port size and air demand, and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request.
GC = three-piece F.R.L. (filter + regulator + lubricator), 300 = size, 10 = 3/8 in port, no thread letter = PT, blank drain = differential-pressure, blank filter grade = 40 um, C1 = external round gauge on the MPa scale, and K = reverse (check) valve fitted. Drop the K for the same unit without the valve.
