The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C1WK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator arranged as one set, so the line is filtered, regulated and oiled in that order. This GC30010C1WK is the size 300 set with PT 3/8 inch ports, a fine 5 um filter element, differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator and a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. The K code adds a reverse (check) valve, so if the upstream supply is shut off or dropped the downstream set pressure is held instead of bleeding back through the unit. The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing; the size 300 filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series air-treatment range runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, G(BSPP) and NPT thread variants, and a choice of drain types, filter grades, gauge scales and check valves. Flow data is published as curves rather than a single rating, so contact us and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

On a welding or machining fixture where clamps must stay engaged through a compressor stop or planned shutdown, the fitted check valve in this FRL set holds the regulated downstream pressure instead of letting it bleed back to the collapsed supply.
Feeding the valve manifold of a pneumatic pick-and-place gantry, the set filters shop air to 5 um, pins the operating pressure with the MPa gauge visible on the panel, and lubricates the rodless and gripper cylinders.
Installed at the head of a packaging machine's actuation header, this set supplies clean, regulated, lubricated air to bag-forming and seal cylinders, with the differential-pressure drain venting collected condensate as the bowl fills.
Size 300 with 3/8 inch ports is the mid-range step of the G-series ladder (200, 300, 400, 600); match the port to your plumbing and confirm the air demand against the published flow curves. The filter bowl uses the differential-pressure drain (opens as condensate accumulates), with automatic (A) and manual (M) variants available in the same family. The W code selects the 5 um element over the 40 um standard. The K code is the decisive option here: the fitted reverse/check valve holds downstream pressure through supply interruptions - useful on circuits that must not lose clamp or hold pressure. The C1 code fits the external round gauge with an MPa scale; psi (C2) and bar (C3) scales exist on the same size. PT thread is standard, with G(BSPP) and NPT as orderable catalogue options, and a mounting bracket is optional.
Flow for the GC300 is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC300 family as characteristic curves, not a single rated figure, so quoting one number would be misleading. Share your line pressure and required air consumption and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request before you order.
K fits a reverse (check) valve in the unit. With it, if the upstream air supply is shut off or lost, the regulated pressure downstream of the FRL set is held rather than flowing backwards through the filter, regulator and lubricator. It is specified where a circuit must keep its set pressure through supply interruptions; the plain GC30010C1W without K lets that pressure equalise back to the supply side.
