The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C2) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator arranged as one set, so the line is filtered, regulated and oiled in that order. This GC30010C2 is the size 300 set with PT 3/8 inch ports, the standard 40 um filter element, differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator and a round pressure gauge reading in psi - the familiar scale for US plant gauges. In service the filter removes water and particulate, the regulator holds your set pressure across its 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the lubricator meters oil mist downstream to air tools and cylinders. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing; the filter and lubricator bowls at size 300 are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series air-treatment range runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, G(BSPP) and NPT thread variants, and a choice of drain types, filter grades, gauge scales and check valves. Flow data is published as curves rather than a single rating, so contact us and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Mounted at a maintenance depot's tool station, this FRL set conditions the shop supply feeding impact wrenches and tyre rigs on truck and trailer service bays, with the psi gauge reading straight into US workshop practice.
Installed ahead of the valve bank on a bottling conveyor's pusher and stopper actuators, the set removes line condensate, holds a fixed operating pressure on the psi gauge and oils the cylinders for continuous duty.
Fitted at a general maintenance bench drop, this set gives technicians filtered, regulated and lubricated air for grinders, riveters and blowguns, with the 40 um element suiting general plant air rather than instrument-grade needs.
Size 300 with 3/8 inch ports sits mid-way in the G-series ladder (200, 300, 400, 600); the port matches your plumbing while the air demand should be checked against the flow curves. The filter bowl carries the differential-pressure drain (opens as condensate builds), with automatic (A) and manual (M) drains orderable in the same family. This set uses the standard 40 um element; specify the W code if the application needs the finer 5 um grade. The C2 code fits the external round gauge with a psi scale, which suits US gauges and imperial drawings; MPa (C1) and bar (C3) scales are on the same size if your documentation uses them. PT thread is standard, with G(BSPP) and NPT as orderable catalogue options, and a mounting bracket is optional.
Flow for the GC300 is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow figure for the GC300; performance is given as characteristic curves. Rather than estimate, send us your line pressure and consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you commit to an order.
The gauge code only changes the scale of the external round gauge fitted to the regulator: C1 reads MPa, C2 reads psi and C3 reads bar. The regulator itself still adjusts over 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Pick C2 when your plant reads gauges in psi so operators set pressure without conversion; the other scales are available on the same size 300 set.
