About the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C2)
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator arranged as one set, so the line is filtered, regulated and oiled in that order. This GC30010C2 is the size 300 set with PT 3/8 inch ports, the standard 40 um filter element, differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator and a round pressure gauge reading in psi - the familiar scale for US plant gauges. In service the filter removes water and particulate, the regulator holds your set pressure across its 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the lubricator meters oil mist downstream to air tools and cylinders. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing; the filter and lubricator bowls at size 300 are polycarbonate.

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
