The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C3) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator arranged as one set, so the line is filtered, regulated and oiled in that order. This GC30010C3 is the size 300 set with PT 3/8 inch ports, the standard 40 um filter element, differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. In service the filter removes water and particulate, the regulator holds your set pressure across its 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the lubricator meters oil mist downstream to air tools and cylinders. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing; the filter and lubricator bowls at size 300 are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series air-treatment range runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, G(BSPP) and NPT thread variants, and a choice of drain types, filter grades, gauge scales and check valves. Flow data is published as curves rather than a single rating, so contact us and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Installed on the utility drop of a weaving or spinning machine, this FRL set conditions the supply to the machine's air-jet and cylinder circuits, with the bar gauge matching the pressure figures on the OEM machine documentation.
Mounted beside a palletising robot's end-of-arm tooling, the set delivers filtered, regulated and lubricated air to gripper and clamp actuators, keeping the operating pressure stable through thousands of pick-and-place cycles.
Feeding the positioner and actuator supply of pneumatically actuated process valves on a skid, the set removes compressor carryover, holds the actuation pressure set on the bar gauge and lubricates the actuator seals.
Size 300 with 3/8 inch ports is the mid-range step of the G-series ladder (200, 300, 400, 600); match the port to your piping and check the required air demand against the flow curves. The filter bowl uses the differential-pressure drain (opens as condensate accumulates), with automatic (A) and manual (M) drains available in the same family. This set carries the standard 40 um element; add the W code where the finer 5 um grade is needed. The C3 code fits the external round gauge with a bar scale, convenient where machine documentation is written in bar; MPa (C1) and psi (C2) scales fit the same size. PT thread is standard, with G(BSPP) and NPT as orderable catalogue options, and a mounting bracket is optional.
Flow for the GC300 is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes GC300 flow as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number to quote honestly. Give us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request before you order.
The blank filter-grade position on GC sets is the 40 um standard element, which is what GC30010C3 carries. It suits general plant air protecting valves, cylinders and tools. If the application needs finer filtration, the same size 300 set is available with the W code specifying a 5 um element - the plumbing and ports do not change.
