The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010F1WK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator supplied as one matched set. This GC30010F1WK is the size 300 frame with PT3/8 standard ports, fine 5 um filtration (W grade), a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, and a reverse/check valve (K) fitted so downstream pressure is held against backflow. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as order options; the 300-size bowls are polycarbonate. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning supply air to the clutch/brake valve stack of a mechanical power press, where the fitted check valve helps hold the circuit against backflow at the treatment point.
Feeding cleaned, regulated and lubricated air to the vacuum and clamp grippers of a case palletizer, with 5 um filtration protecting the small pilot valves in the gripper manifold.
Supplying instrument-quality air to the positioners and actuated valves on a process skid, with the MPa gauge matching the readout convention of the skid's control panel.
Size 300 with PT3/8 ports sits mid-range in the GC line; move to 200 or to 400/600 depending on the flow your circuit needs, and we will check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. The K suffix adds a reverse/check valve, the right choice where backflow must be prevented at the supply point. The differential-pressure drain is the standard option; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains can be ordered instead. Filtration is the 5 um (W) element, with 40 um as the standard alternative. The square gauge reads in MPa; psi and bar scales are available. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as catalogue options.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
Flow for the G series is published by AirTAC as curves, not as one rated number, so we do not state a figure here. Give us your operating pressure and consumption and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for this unit before you order.
It indicates that a reverse/check valve is fitted in the regulator section, so air cannot flow back through the unit toward the supply. The same set without the valve is ordered as GC30010F1W; all other specifications are identical.
