The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010F2) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled as one set. This GC30010F2 is the size 300 frame with PT3/8 standard ports, fine 5 um filtration (W grade), a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and an embedded square gauge scaled in psi for US-style readouts. It filters, regulates and lubricates the compressed air supply in one installation, rated to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum working pressure and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with 5 um or standard 40 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as order options; 300-size bowls are polycarbonate. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet numbers for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding treated air to the filler, capper and labeler actuators on a bottling line, with the psi-scaled gauge reading consistently against US-spec pressure panels.
Conditioning air for the air bearings, take-up clamps and pneumatic cutters on an extrusion line, where 5 um filtration keeps moisture and debris out of precision components.
Supplying regulated, lubricated air to the diverters, stops and pushers along a conveyor system, with the pressure set locally at each drop point.
Size 300 with PT3/8 ports is the middle step of the GC range; choose 200 for smaller circuits or 400/600 where demand is higher, and we will verify the published flow curves against your application before you order. The differential-pressure drain fitted here is standard; automatic (A) or manual (M) drains can be specified instead. Filtration is the 5 um (W) element, with the standard 40 um element as the alternative. The F2 suffix selects the square gauge with a psi scale; MPa and bar scales are also offered. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for this unit before you order.
Yes. PT is the standard thread on this model, and G (BSPP) and NPT versions are catalogue options you can order. Note that the thread choice is a specification selection, not a delivery promise; confirm the option you need with us when ordering.
