The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015ANWK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30015ANWK is the three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination - separate filter, regulator and lubricator in size 300 with PT1/2 ports - fitted with the K reverse/check valve option. The filter stage uses a 5 um element against water and fine particulate, the regulator holds 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) downstream, the lubricator mists oil to the tools and cylinders after it, and the check valve prevents backflow through the unit. Bowls are polycarbonate on this size and drain automatically; no gauge is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. Across the G-series you can select sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in., 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, gauges in MPa, psi or bar scale, and the same reverse/check valve option in other sizes. Medium is compressed air only, max working pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi), temperature -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow appears as curves rather than a single rated figure; we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning the air feeding grippers and end-of-arm tooling on a robot cell, where the check valve holds the circuit against backflow if the upstream main is dumped or loses pressure.
Keeping pallet-clamp and hold-down cylinders supplied with filtered, regulated, lubricated air, with the reverse valve helping retain the circuit when the machine is isolated for changeover.
Supplying lift cylinders and gating actuators on a filling or bottling conveyor, with automatic draining and 5 um filtration protecting the line's directional control valves.
Choose this over a plain GC30015ANW when backflow matters - the K check valve keeps downstream circuits from venting back through the unit if upstream pressure collapses. Size 300 with PT1/2 ports fits 1/2 in. machine mains; confirm the flow curve against your demand before ordering, since no single rated flow is published. Automatic drain suits unmanned cells; manual drain (0.05-0.9 MPa range) or differential-pressure drain are the alternatives. The 5 um element is the finer filtration option versus the 40 um standard. No gauge on this code; square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar exist in the series. PT thread is standard, G (BSPP) and NPT are order options; brackets included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes the GC300 series flow as curves, not one rated number, so no single figure is quoted here. Give us your supply pressure and required downstream flow and we will confirm suitability from the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted: air flows forward through the filter, regulator and lubricator, but downstream air is blocked from flowing back through the unit. The same GC30015 code without K (for example GC30015ANW) has no check valve.
