The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015C3W) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC30015C3W is an AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled as one 3-piece set that filters, regulates and lubricates compressed air in a single installation. This configuration is size 300 with PT1/2 ports, carries the fine 5 um filter element (W) for cleaner downstream air, uses the standard differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and is supplied with the round external gauge reading in bar. As a set it delivers filtered, pressure-adjusted, oil-mist-lubricated air to downstream equipment.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series combination is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, drain types, filter grades and gauge scales; maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and ambient temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding the tool-clamp and pneumatic-actuator circuits of a CNC machining centre, where the 5 um element protects spool valves from fine particulate and the lubricator delivers oil mist to cylinder seals.
Conditioning the air feeding conveyor diverters, pushers and gripper cylinders on a packaging line, with the regulator holding a stable setpoint as line demand fluctuates through the shift.
Installed at ring-main drop points in a factory to give each work cell its own filtered, regulated and lubricated air supply, with the bar gauge giving operators a local pressure reference.
Size 300 with PT1/2 ports is the mid-range step of the G-series: if your line draws more air than a size 200 supports, step up; if ports and flow are smaller, size 200 or the 1/4" and 3/8" port variants keep cost down. All four units here use the differential-pressure drain (the default), which bleeds the bowl automatically as pressure drop builds - choose a code with M for manual draining or A for fully automatic draining if your maintenance routine differs. The W in this code selects the 5 um element over the standard 40 um; pick 40 um for general supply air and 5 um where finer particulate control matters. The round gauge reads in bar; square embedded gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard - G (BSPP) and NPT versions are orderable catalogue options, as is the mounting bracket.
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, not one rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your actual air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G-series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this size 300, PT1/2 set before you order.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um filtration grade instead of the standard 40 um element, suited to applications needing finer particulate removal. The C3 suffix specifies the round external gauge with a bar scale; square embedded gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales are available on other codes in the same series.
