The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015F1WK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled in one set, so compressed air is cleaned, regulated and oil-mist lubricated before it reaches your actuators and valves. This GC30015F1WK is the 300 size with 1/2 inch PT ports, a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, a fine 5 um filter element, a square MPa gauge and a reverse (check) valve fitted, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series spans 200/300/400/600 sizes with a range of ports, drains (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grades and gauge scales; max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds cleaned, regulated, lubricated air to the tool-change cylinders and clamping circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting precision valves.
The fitted check valve holds pressure in a robot end-of-arm gripper line during upstream dips, keeping parts held while the cycle completes.
Prepares air for a workshop pneumatic press: filtered and fine-graded supply, regulated working pressure on the MPa gauge, and oil mist for cylinder seal life.
Step up or down between the 200/300/400/600 sizes to match your pipe diameter and required flow - this 300 size carries 1/2 inch PT ports as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT threads available as order options. The differential-pressure drain is the default; if you cannot reach the unit for draining, choose automatic (A) or manual (M). The 5 um element suits air tools and instruments that need finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade.
The square MPa gauge is embedded in this version, and the check valve protects downstream settings against upstream pressure loss. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote here. Tell us your application and line pressure and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures and correct size on request.
The W marks the fine 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um grade, and the K marks a fitted reverse (check) valve that prevents downstream pressure loss if the supply drops. Both are decode options of the GC series, alongside drain type, gauge scale and thread.
