The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015LC1W) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series combines a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator into one three-unit F.R.L. set. This GC30015LC1W is the low-pressure type (L), built in the 300 size with 1/2 inch PT ports, a fine 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure bowl drain and an external round gauge scaled in MPa - suited to circuits that need both reduced pressure and cleaner air.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series covers 200/300/400/600 sizes with optional drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and G or NPT thread variants; maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC). Flow and the low-pressure adjustment envelope are confirmed from the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Supplies fine-filtered, reduced-pressure air to air slides and air-bearing pads in handling equipment, where dirt in the film causes scoring.
Prepares low-pressure air for light assembly benches and torque-controlled pneumatic drivers, with the round MPa gauge set by the operator.
Feeds pilot-air circuits of large process valves, where the 5 um element keeps small orifices clear at reduced working pressure.
Select the 200/300/400/600 size against your pipe diameter and air demand - this 300 size carries 1/2 inch PT ports as standard, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads are order options. The L code gives the low-pressure regulator type; the W code upgrades filtration from the standard 40 um element to 5 um, worth specifying ahead of sensitive valves and instruments.
The round MPa gauge mounts external to the body for easy reading. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing and the low-pressure adjustment range against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
Flow for the AirTAC G series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so there is no honest one-number answer here. Give us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow data and sizing on request.
The L selects the low-pressure regulator type, the C1 an external round gauge in MPa, and the W the fine 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um grade. All are decodable options of the GC series - we confirm the low-pressure adjustment range with you before ordering.
