About the AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015LC1W)
The AirTAC GC series combines a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator into one three-unit F.R.L. set. This GC30015LC1W is the low-pressure type (L), built in the 300 size with 1/2 inch PT ports, a fine 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure bowl drain and an external round gauge scaled in MPa - suited to circuits that need both reduced pressure and cleaner air.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series covers 200/300/400/600 sizes with optional drain types, filter grades, gauge styles and G or NPT thread variants; maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
