The AirTAC AirTAC GC400-10 FRL Unit (GC40010LNW) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC40010LNW is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator working together on one compressed-air line. This size 400 unit carries a 3/8 in PT port. The W code selects the finer 5 um filtering element, the filter bowl drains by differential pressure, no gauge is fitted, and the L code makes this the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that are set well below full line pressure. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series F.R.L. spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across the series include manual or automatic drain, a 40 um or 5 um element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet for this configuration before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-10 filter, GR400-10 regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding a welding robot's gripper and clamping cylinders with filtered, regulated, oil-misted air at a low set pressure, with the 5 um element protecting the valve stack from fine particulate.
Conditioning the atomizing air to manual spray guns on a finishing line: water and 5 um-grade debris removed, pressure set low and steady, and a controlled oil mist carried to the gun trigger and needle.
Supplying the pneumatic stopper and pusher cylinders along a packaging conveyor, where low regulated pressure is enough for gentle product handling and the lubricator keeps cylinder seals running smoothly.
Size 400 with its 3/8 in port sits mid-range in the G-series; step to 600 or down to 300 if the flow curve for your line points elsewhere. The L-type low-pressure regulator is the right choice when set pressures stay low - confirm its exact adjustment ceiling with us from the datasheet. The differential-pressure drain on this unit opens in response to the pressure drop across the element; manual (M) or automatic (A) drain variants are orderable. The 5 um element suits lines where finer debris must be caught, while 40 um is the standard grade. Thread is PT as the standard, with G and NPT as orderable options, and a bracket can be specified. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, send us your application and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than one rated figure, and the low-pressure L type has its own curve. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet before you order.
The N code in the model leaves the pressure gauge off. Gauge-equipped variants of the size 400 GC series can be ordered instead, with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - ask us to quote the variant you need.
