The AirTAC GC series combines a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator into one three-piece F.R.L. set for clean, regulated, lubricated compressed air. This GC40010MC3 is the 400 size with a 3/8 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element and a manual drain on the filter bowl, and it includes a round external pressure gauge reading in bar - convenient when the rest of the panel instrumentation is specified in bar. Max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with the manual drain, the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The filter and lubricator bowls in the 400 size are PC (polycarbonate).

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
