The AirTAC AirTAC GC200-06 F.R.L. Combination, G1/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC200 is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one set. This configuration is sized 200 with a G1/8 (1/8 in) G-thread port, carries a 5 um filter element for finer particulate removal, and a manual drain on the filter bowl that you open by hand to expel collected condensate. The standard regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) and is read on the embedded square gauge scaled in psi. The polycarbonate bowls allow a quick visual check of condensate and oil level.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options including automatic or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, G or NPT thread variants, and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-06 filter, GR200-06 regulator and GL200-06 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds clean, regulated and lubricated air to the small cylinders and grippers of a bench-top pick-and-place unit, with the 5 um element protecting tight valve clearances and the psi gauge letting an operator set working pressure at a glance.
Supplies treated air to the actuating cylinders of a labelling or taping head on a packaging conveyor, where manual draining during shift checks and a visible oil level keep the compact 1/8 in circuit running predictably.
Mounted on the bracket at the inlet of a small robotics cell's air-prep panel, it filters, regulates and lubricates the supply to solenoid valves and actuators, with the square psi gauge supporting documented pressure setpoints.
Start with size and port: the 200 size with its 1/8 in port suits compact air-prep duties, and stepping up to 300, 400 or 600 buys larger ports and more flow capacity. This unit already carries the finer 5 um element (code W); the 40 um standard element is the choice where only coarse protection is needed. The manual drain fitted here is the simplest option and suits positions someone can reach for routine draining; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. The square gauge is scaled in psi; MPa or bar scales, an external round gauge, and G or NPT thread variants are catalogue options. A mounting bracket is included.
One honest note before you order: flow is published as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you commit.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-06 regulator with a GF200-06 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Send us your application - downstream consumers, working pressure and line length - and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
This unit's filter bowl has a manual drain (code M): someone opens it by hand to expel collected condensate, which suits stations visited during routine checks. If the unit will sit in an unattended or hard-to-reach position, the automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain options are the better decode choice on the same series.
