The AirTAC AirTAC GC600C25AF2WK F.R.L. Unit, PT1 (1 in) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600C25AF2WK is a three-piece AirTAC F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator assembled as one unit. This size 600 configuration carries a PT1 (1 in) port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), an automatic drain on the filter bowl, a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. The filter and lubricator bowls are aluminium alloy, as is standard at size 600. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge and scale options, a reverse/check valve option, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-C2 filter, GR600-C2 regulator and GL600-C2 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Filter, regulate and oil-mist lubricate the air at a central 1 in drop feeding paint-line actuators and spray equipment, with 5 um filtration protecting the downstream valves.
Clean, regulated, lubricated air for the pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a bottling or packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain handling condensate unattended.
Point-of-use FRL for a CNC machine: 5 um filtration guards the solenoid valves, regulation stabilises clamping pressure, and oil mist lubricates the shop-air tools.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600, from 1/8 in to 1 in, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand rather than upsizing blindly - we will check the curve against your application on request. Drain choice on the filter is differential-pressure (default), automatic (this unit) or manual; automatic drains without operator attention. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um (this unit) where downstream valves and tools need finer protection. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range on this automatic-drain configuration; the gauge is the embedded square type, here scaled in psi, with MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge available as options. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. A reverse/check valve is fitted on this unit and a mounting bracket is included.
One honest note before ordering: AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, not as a single rated number, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-C2 regulator with a GF600-C2 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This configuration is coded A for an automatic drain, which expels condensate from the filter bowl without operator attention. The GC series is also available with a differential-pressure drain (the default) or a manual drain, and the regulator adjustment range differs by drain type: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for automatic and differential-pressure drains, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for manual.
