The AirTAC AirTAC GFR200C08MC1T Filter Regulator 1/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR200C08MC1T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 200 unit is fitted with a 1/4 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, and a manual drain you operate by hand to empty the bowl. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the round pressure gauge on a MPa scale lets you read and set outlet pressure directly. A mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, PT, G or NPT thread, and optional check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for the machine's pneumatic tool-change and clamping circuits, with the round MPa gauge set at the operator panel and the 1/4 in NPT port matching the machine's drop line.
Feeding pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the manual drain is emptied during shift checks and the 40 um element keeps debris out of directional valves.
Regulating clamping pressure on a small pneumatic press or fixture, with outlet pressure read and adjusted on the MPa gauge and the bracket securing the unit to the machine frame.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 200 with a 1/4 in NPT port, so confirm your line size and required air consumption against the family's flow curve - we will check the curve against your demand on request. For drainage, manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain by hand; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain codes if the unit is mounted where routine draining is impractical. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; specify the W code if the application needs 5 um.
This configuration carries a round gauge on the MPa scale; psi and bar scales and a square gauge style are available on other codes. Thread is NPT here - PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included. If you are unsure which size or drain type fits, send us the application and we will confirm from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet flow curve on request before you order.
The M in the code GFR200C08MC1T means the bowl drain is operated by hand: an operator opens it periodically to discharge collected water. If the unit will be mounted in a hard-to-reach spot, ask about the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (default) drain codes on the same size 200 body.
