The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300-10 Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300-10 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 300 unit is supplied with a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain for emptying the bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this 300 size is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and with options including automatic or manual drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, different gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads and bracket variations. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and fixtures on a CNC machining centre, with the square bar gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint reading at the machine.
Point-of-use air preparation for conveyor stopper and pusher cylinders on a packaging line, filtering out water and scale before it reaches the valve manifold.
Filtered and regulated supply for pick-and-place robot gripper circuits, where stable downstream pressure keeps part handling repeatable through the shift.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 correspond to increasing port sizes and flow capacity, so pick the size whose published flow curve covers your application's air demand at your working pressure. For this unit the choices are already fixed: 3/8 in NPT thread, manual drain, 40 um element, square gauge in bar, standard regulator and included bracket. If you are selecting across the family instead: choose automatic drain where the unit is hard to reach, manual where attended draining is practical, or the default differential-pressure drain; choose the 5 um (W) element where finer filtration is needed; choose the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) to suit your operators; and match the thread to your piping - PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code GFR300C10MF3T specifies a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand, which suits attended installations. The GFR family is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (default, no code) - ask us for those variants if the unit will be mounted where it cannot be drained regularly.
