The AirTAC AirTAC GFR300C10LJNWT Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10LJNWT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This 300-size unit is threaded NPT 3/8 in and carries a 5 um filter element, the finer of the two catalogue grades (40 um is the standard option). It is built as the low-pressure regulator type, has a differential-pressure drain, and is supplied without a gauge (code N), without a reverse/check valve and without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this unit is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or automatic drains, a 40 um or 5 um element, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, an embedded square or external round gauge, and a mounting bracket. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the supply to pneumatic clamps on a CNC fixture, where the circuit runs at reduced pressure and moisture or swarf must be kept out of the clamp cylinders.
Conditioning air for low-pressure cylinders and actuators on a carton-sealing or wrapping conveyor, with the 5 um element protecting directional valves from fine particulate.
Filtering and stepping down shop air feeding bench-top test rigs or analytical instruments that need clean, low-pressure air held at a fixed setting.
Match the size and port to the air demand of the machine: 300 sits mid-range in the GFR line, with 200 for lighter circuits and 400/600 for larger ports and higher flow, and the 3/8 in NPT thread here should suit your supply line. Decide the drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure type, while automatic and manual drains are orderable alternatives. The 5 um element on this model is for air that needs finer particulate removal than the 40 um standard, and the low-pressure regulator type is intended for circuits running below standard line pressure - its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. Gauge (square or round, with MPa, psi or bar scales), bracket, and PT/G/NPT thread are all selectable at order time. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm sizing against the application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream setting and air consumption, and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet for this exact model before you order.
Correct: the N in the code means no gauge is fitted. AirTAC offers an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales as order options, so specify the gauge code when ordering if you want one supplied.
