The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600-20 Filter Regulator PT3/4, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This 600-size unit is fitted with a 3/4 in PT port, the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element rises. Because this is the 600 size, the bowl is aluminium alloy, and the regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The embedded square gauge reads in psi, and the J code means no mounting bracket is supplied.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a reverse/check valve and G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Drops a 3/4 in plant air header to working pressure for a production department while stripping water and pipe-scale from the supply, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate between shifts.
Feeds filtered, regulated air to pneumatic conveyor actuators and diverters, keeping pressure steady as lines start and stop through the shift.
Sits at the inlet of a machine's pneumatic manifold, giving the panel a single 3/4 in point of filtration and pressure adjustment, with the psi gauge readable at the door.
Start with the port size: this unit steps up to 3/4 in on the 600 body, the largest in the GFR range, so size the unit against the flow your line needs and step down to 200/300/400 if your demand is lighter. Choose the drain to suit access: the differential-pressure drain here suits unattended duty, an automatic drain (code A) drains on a timer-free cycle, and a manual drain (code M) suits supervised installations. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify 5 um (code W) where finer particulate protection matters. The square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is an option. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; brackets are optional (this J-coded unit ships without one).
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact 3/4 in unit before you order.
This unit's drain (the default type) releases collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the 40 um element builds up. If you prefer a drain that operates on a set cycle regardless of differential, choose the automatic drain (code A); if the unit sits where an operator checks it regularly, the manual drain (code M) is the simpler choice.
