The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600-20ALJC2WTK Filter Regulator NPT3/4 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20ALJC2WTK is a size-600 filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is built for a 3/4 in NPT port, filters to 5 um for finer air cleanliness than the standard 40 um element, and carries an automatic drain so collected condensate is expelled without manual attention. The aluminium alloy bowl suits the larger 600 frame, the regulator is the low-pressure type for circuits set well below standard line pressure, and the fitted reverse/check valve holds downstream settings if upstream supply is interrupted. An external round gauge on a psi scale is included for direct setpoint reading.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is offered with a choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread form (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamp and fixture actuators on a CNC machining cell, with the 5 um element protecting clamp valves and the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the circuit.
Feeds air knives and blow-off nozzles that dry bottles before labelling, where the low-pressure regulator holds a gentle, stable setting and the check valve keeps the circuit from losing its setting on supply dips.
Conditions the air feeding positioners and transmitters on a plant air header, using the 5 um grade for cleaner instrument air, the psi-scaled round gauge for operator setpoint checks, and automatic draining at the 3/4 in take-off.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow path your line needs; this unit is the 600 frame on a 3/4 in NPT port. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic here, or manual or differential-pressure elsewhere in the range. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer option against the 40 um standard - pick it when downstream valves and instruments need cleaner air. Gauge style and scale (square embedded, or round external in MPa/psi/bar), thread form (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and bracket are all decodable choices. Note that flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow data as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet figures for this exact 3/4 in NPT, 5 um configuration on request before you order.
The A in the code sets the automatic drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is expelled without anyone opening a valve, which suits the large 600 bowl in duty that runs unattended. If you prefer manual control or a differential-pressure drain, those are alternative GFR configurations in the same series.
