The AirTAC AirTAC GFR600-25 Filter Regulator NPT1 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point in a single body. This 600-size unit is built with a 1 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without operator attention, and the standard 40 um filter element. The bowl on size 600 is aluminium alloy, and this configuration adds a reverse/check valve and a round pressure gauge reading in bar; no mounting bracket is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a mounting bracket. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding low-pressure clamp and hold-down cylinders on a woodworking or packaging machine, where filtered air and a stable reduced pressure keep clamp force consistent through the shift.
Supplying spray guns and atomizing nozzles on a paint or coating line, removing water and pipe scale ahead of the gun while holding a gentle regulated pressure for the finish.
Conditioning air for grippers, diverters and stopper cylinders on a bottling or canning conveyor, with the automatic drain handling condensate from humid plant air.
Choose the size step by the air demand of your line: 600 is the largest G-series size, with a 1 in port for high-demand drops. Drain type is a real choice - automatic (this unit) empties the bowl on its own, manual needs an operator, and differential-pressure drains cycle with flow. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Gauges come as embedded square or external round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and brackets are optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Send us your line demand and operating pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This unit carries the A drain code: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is ejected automatically, which suits unattended or humid installations. Manual-drain versions need an operator to open the drain, and differential-pressure drains cycle with air flow; tell us which fits your site and we can quote the variant.
