The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006C1G) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR series is a dedicated air pressure regulator: it holds a steady downstream pressure from a variable supply. It contains no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This GR20006C1G is the size-200 unit with a 1/8 in G (BSPP) port, supplied with the external round gauge on the MPa scale, and a mounting bracket included. Adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part; the GR family runs from size 200 up to 600, with PT, G and NPT thread options, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and a low-pressure type. Flow figures are published as curves, so we confirm datasheet data on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set on the bench air supply feeding analytical instruments and pneumatic sample-handling valves, where the round MPa gauge gives a clear local reading of the reduced pressure.
Regulating the pilot air to solenoid valves and air actuators on a cable stranding line, keeping the small-bore control circuit stable at a fixed setpoint.
Trimmed to the correct working pressure for the apply cylinders and vacuum generator on a packaging-line labeller, with the gauge letting operators verify the setting at a glance.
GR20006C1G is the smallest G-series regulator: size-200 body, 1/8 in G (BSPP) port - the right step for compact pilot and instrumentation circuits. The C1 code specifies the external round gauge with MPa scale; square embedded gauges and psi or bar scales are the alternatives. As a standard (non-L) type it adjusts 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); if your setpoint sits at or below 0.4 MPa, the L low-pressure variant offers finer control. A bracket is included. Do not fit this unit where filtration is needed - that calls for a GF or a GFR/GFC/GC combination.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than one rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your upstream and downstream conditions and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet on request so you can size the unit before ordering.
C specifies the external round gauge (instead of the embedded square gauge) and 1 sets its scale to MPa. Functionally it is the same size-200, 1/8 in G (BSPP) regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range; only the gauge style and scale differ. Psi and bar scales are available as alternative codes.
