The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-06 Pressure Regulator (GR20006JC1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR20006JC1K is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator in the 200 size with a 1/8 inch PT port, fitted with the K reverse/check valve option. It regulates downstream pressure only - there is no filter, bowl or lubricator in this family - with a standard adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and a working temperature range of -20 to 70 C. The J selects the no-bracket option and C1 provides an external round gauge on an MPa scale.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series covers 200/300/400/600 sizes with 1/8 to 1 inch ports, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, a low-pressure type (L) up to 0.4 MPa, and panel-mountable bodies; the check valve is ordered as the K option. Flow appears in the catalogue as curves, so we confirm flow and datasheet details on request.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulate a branch where the K check valve is specified in the circuit design, keeping the regulator-and-valve pairing the schematic calls for on a 1/8 inch supply line.
Set consistent pressure for line guides, stop gates and diverters so product handling stays gentle and repeatable along the conveyor.
Drop into assembled control skids where the engineer has specified a regulator with a check valve and a no-bracket, panel-integrated installation.
Use this code when you want the 200-size regulator's 1/8 inch port plus the K reverse/check valve and a no-bracket (J) build with an external round MPa gauge. If you do not need the check valve, choose the same code without K; if you want the bracket, drop the J. Gauge alternatives are the embedded square gauge or a round gauge on psi (2) or bar (3) scale. PT is the standard thread; G (BSPP) and NPT are orderable options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so let us confirm sizing from the datasheet for your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC states GR flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow here. Send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm the sizing and check-valve details from the datasheet on request.
K is the option that fits a reverse/check valve to the regulator. Codes without the K are supplied without it. If your schematic or application calls for a check valve on the regulator, select the K version; otherwise the plain GR20006JC1 is the equivalent unit.
