The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008C1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR20008C1K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: regulation only, with no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. The 200 frame carries PT1/4 ports, and the trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted in the supply path. Outlet pressure is read on a round external gauge with an MPa scale. Medium is compressed air.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT thread as standard and G (BSPP) or NPT as catalogue options, in standard and low-pressure (L) types. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the setting range for GR is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 08 | Port size PT1/4". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets and holds the working pressure on a bench pneumatic press or workholding fixture fed from a shop air main through 1/4 in drop lines, with the check valve helping hold the setting upstream.
Regulates supply to small cylinders and directional valves on a packaging or labelling machine where each station needs its own set pressure.
Regulates pilot pressure to pneumatically actuated process valves on a production skid, with the MPa gauge letting technicians set the pilot circuit at a glance.
Real choices on this series: step through sizes 200/300/400/600 to match the port and flow duty (this unit is size 200 with 1/4 in PT ports); choose the gauge and its scale (MPa, psi or bar, round external or embedded square); order G (BSPP) or NPT threads instead of PT; specify the low-pressure L type (up to 0.4 MPa) where the line runs low; and add the K check-valve option as fitted here. AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the correct size and expected flow from the datasheet on request.
The trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so air does not flow back through the regulator if upstream pressure is lost. Codes without the K are standard regulators; the rest of this code decodes as size 200, 1/4 in PT ports and a round MPa-scale gauge.
