The AirTAC AirTAC GR200-08 Pressure Regulator (GR20008F1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR200-08F1 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: regulation is its only function, with no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator in the unit, so it should be installed downstream of filtration. This configuration is the size 200 body with PT1/4 ports, the standard regulating type, and a square pressure gauge reading in MPa. The regulating range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) against a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature is -20 to 70 C, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, G (BSPP) and NPT threads as order options, gauge scales in psi, bar or kgf/cm2 as alternatives to this MPa dial, a low-pressure L type, and an optional reverse (check) valve. AirTAC publishes flow as performance curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing or request the datasheet for your operating point.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Mount the regulator at a control panel to set the working pressure for the valves and actuators it drives, with the square MPa gauge readable in the panel layout.
Regulate the air keeping pressure rollers and web-tension cylinders set on a printing press, so settings survive the shift and the next changeover.
Set a fixed, lower pressure at a blow-off or cleaning station so operators cannot run the nozzles above the pressure the process was set up for.
Size 200 with 1/4 in ports is the small end of the range; if the GR200 flow curve is tight for your demand, step to GR300-10 or GR400-15 rather than pushing the compact body. The decodable choice on this code is the gauge: F1 gives the square gauge with an MPa scale, while C codes give the round external gauge in MPa, psi, bar or kgf/cm2 - match whichever your operators read daily. No check valve is fitted. PT thread is the standard here, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves and not one rated figure, share your flow and pressure targets and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow figure for this regulator; flow is given as performance curves across pressure conditions. Send us your flow requirement with the inlet and outlet pressures, and we will read the correct point from the datasheet and confirm the size before you order.
F1 selects the square pressure gauge with an MPa scale (F2 would be psi). C codes give the round external gauge instead, in MPa, psi, bar or kgf/cm2 scales, and N deletes the gauge. Everything else in GR200-08F1 decodes as: size 200 body, PT1/4 ports, standard regulating type, bracket included.
