The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-10 Pressure Regulator (GR40010C1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR400 series is a standalone compressed-air pressure regulator: regulation only, with no filtration, no bowl and no lubrication. GR40010C1 is the 400 size with a 3/8 in PT thread, standard pressure type, and the C1 option specifying the external round pressure gauge with an MPa scale. Adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature is -20 to 70 C. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series runs in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G and NPT threads as catalogue options; GR units can also be panel-mounted. Flow is published as characteristic curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Dropping header pressure for individual loom air feeds in a weaving plant, where the visible gauge lets operators verify each drop at a glance.
The 400 size with a 3/8 in PT port is one step above the 300 range for larger machine supplies; step to GR300 for lighter duty or GR600 for the biggest ports. The C1 code selects the external round gauge in MPa - round gauges are also available in psi (2) and bar (3) scales, and an embedded square gauge is the alternative style. PT is standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT to order, and a bracket is included.
Because AirTAC publishes regulator flow only as curves and not as a single rated figure, share your supply pressure, set pressure and demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so no flow number is quoted on this page. Send your supply pressure, set pressure and demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
C selects the external round gauge style and the scale digit 1 sets it to MPa. If you prefer psi use scale 2, or bar with scale 3; the alternative is the embedded square gauge, and the N code removes the gauge entirely.
