The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-10 Pressure Regulator (GR40010F1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR400-10 is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: regulation only, with no filter bowl and no lubricator in the circuit. This size 400 unit has a 3/8 in PT port as standard, a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The F1 code specifies the square gauge style with an MPa scale, and the blank bracket position means a mounting bracket is included; the GR body is also panel-mountable. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, non-freezing, and the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GR regulators are available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, in PT, G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and with an optional reverse/check valve (K) or no-bracket (J) build. Regulator flow is published as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a steady supply pressure to the vacuum ejectors and slide cylinders of a pick-and-place gantry so cycle behavior stays repeatable.
Regulate air to nutrunner and clamp fixtures on a vehicle assembly line, giving each station its own stable set point off the main header.
Drop a regulated branch from the shop air main to individual bench machines so each machine sees the pressure it was set up for.
Choose the size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) to match your piping and the flow curve the circuit demands; this 400 body with 3/8 in PT ports is the mid-range GR step. This F1 build uses the square gauge in MPa - round gauges and psi or bar scales are available if you prefer other units. Thread is PT as the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options to order; add K for a reverse/check valve or J to omit the bracket. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your pressure and flow targets and we will confirm the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
There is no single rated flow figure for this regulator: AirTAC publishes performance as flow-characteristic curves. We therefore confirm flow and sizing from the datasheet on request - send us your upstream pressure, set pressure and required flow and we will check that size 400 at 3/8 in fits.
F is the square gauge style and 1 is the MPa scale, so this regulator carries a square pressure gauge reading in MPa. If you would rather read psi or bar, or prefer an external round gauge, the same size 400 regulator is available with those gauge options in the GR range.
