The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-10 Pressure Regulator (GR40010F1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR400-10F1K is an AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: regulation only, with no filter bowl and no lubricator. This size 400 unit has a 3/8 in PT port as standard, a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The F1 code specifies the square gauge style with an MPa scale, and the K code means a reverse/check valve is fitted. A mounting bracket is included and the GR body is also panel-mountable. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C, non-freezing; the medium is compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. GR regulators come in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, in PT, G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with or without the K check valve, and with square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Regulator flow is published as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Give each clamping station on a multi-cavity assembly fixture its own regulated supply, with the check valve handling reverse flow when stations exhaust.
Regulate air to the grippers and linear actuators of laboratory automation rigs where a local, repeatable set point is needed at each bench.
Feed bench test rigs and service fixtures from a regulated branch so technicians can set the exact pressure a job calls for.
Select the size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 to 1 in) against your piping and the flow curve of the circuit; the 400 body with 3/8 in PT ports is the mid-range GR step. This F1K build carries the square gauge in MPa plus a fitted reverse/check valve - if you do not need the valve, choose the F1 build; for other readouts pick round gauges or psi/bar scales. Thread is PT as the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order; a bracket is included and panel mounting is possible. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your pressure and flow targets and we will confirm the correct size before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
Sizing is done against the flow-characteristic curves, because AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow figure for the GR series. Give us your upstream pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm from the datasheet whether size 400 at 3/8 in is the right choice before you order.
F1 is the square gauge style with an MPa scale, and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. If you need a different gauge readout (round body, psi or bar scale) or no check valve, the same GR400 regulator at 3/8 in is available in those builds, with PT as the standard thread and G/NPT to order.
